在蘋果發表會前，全球果粉、法人及投資人都高度關切蘋果會端出什麼驚喜，尤其是iPhone 6S、iPhone 6S Plus在正式亮相前，各種規格、顏色功能傳聞滿天飛，結果出爐，竟然與外傳相差不遠，蘋果給了進化版的Force Touch取了新名字「3D Touch」，成為這次新機的重要亮點之一。
